SHIPPING AND DELIVERY At this time, Ruffle and Rose Boutique on Wheels ships to locations within the continental United States. Ruffle and Rose Boutique on Wheels will ship all orders within 48 hours of processing. Ruffle and Rose Boutique on Wheels utilizes either USPS or UPS for shipping needs. RISK OF LOSS All items purchased from Ruffle and Rose Boutique on Wheels are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY Ruffle and Rose Boutique on Wheels will accept returns and exchanges for online purchases within 14 days of receipt of package. The buyer will be responsible for all return shipping fees. Returns will be accepted for all unworn, undamaged, new merchandise with tags attached. Ruffle and Rose Boutique on Wheels reserves the right to refuse any return. Ruffle and Rose Boutique on Wheels will provide a store credit via an e-gift card that does not expire.
